What we collect

Signing the Voter Pledge requires your name, email address, and ZIP code. Nothing else. We don't ask for your phone number, your address, or your party registration.

Why we ask for a ZIP code

ZIP codes enable future district-level organizing, so we can eventually tell you, and your representative, how many of your neighbors have signed. That's the only reason we collect it.

What we never do

We never sell or share your information with any third party, including political campaigns, data brokers, or advertisers. We don't run ad pixels of any kind on this site. There's nothing here for anyone to buy.

Email

We send one confirmation email when you sign, and we may send updates about Plank ratification, the Accountability Calendar, and major milestones. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing never deletes your signature. Your signature and your subscription are two separate things.

Deletion

You can request full deletion of your signature and contact information at any time. We honor every deletion request, no questions asked, no delay for "processing." Contact us through the method listed in the FAQ to request it.

Security

Your data is stored with a standard managed database provider, protected by that provider's access controls. We don't maintain a separate copy anywhere else.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the change will be dated and the previous version will remain available on request. We won't quietly loosen this policy after the fact.
